Psychotherapy is a treatment that focuses on the discomfort, anxiety or conflict that the patient brings. Based on psycho-dynamic knowledge, the therapist’s listening and interventios promote the discovery of different perspectives from which to observe and analyze the situations or emotions displayed.

Through therapist-patient dialogue and interactions, the ability to think and feel is enhanced, putting words to what is not said of the patient, leading him to reflect and become aware of both his own difficulties and the resources he has.
